Crawfish Cooking Test 1

Getting an idea to see how I'm gonna like to cook crawfish...I tried southern style and it turned out good with a little bit of spice. But I think I'll try a garlic butter broil...crawfish are like a mix of shrimp and lobster so butter would work just as good...test 2 coming up this weekend!

Publishing Aint Easy

Be A Fan For A Huge Price

Who the hecks pays that much for a t-shirt? $100 for a half stitched jersey n $350 for an "authentic" jersey. Please! Im getting mine from China!

Nothing beats the holiday season, especially Christmas. Its not as carefree as it was when we were kids (because we're the parents now) nor do we get a boat load wonderful presents. We're lucky to even get one. BUT to see the joy on the faces of our children as they enjoy Christmas makes keeps it special for us parents. Decent Sushi At Sushi Hut

Sushi Hut is a pretty decent place for a quick sushi fix. Its a commercial place so its more...manufactured. But what I like about this Sushi Hut in the Mira Mesa Mall is that the main sushi chef here is Asian. A plus!

If just Anabolic Pump (for cutting n muscle growth stimulation) itself gives me a short temper. What more when im injecting Test400 or Decca or Thai 50 (Anadrol)? Im gonna need that mood stablizer for sure.

Breakfast of Champions...Not

Like most Americans I dont have time to cook or prepare a nutritious breakfast for myself. Morning time is a busy time, especially during school season. You gotta wake up early n prepare the kids snacks & lunches. Their clothes & backpacks. Then get them sumthing to eat for breakfast which is usually their favorite cereal and then drop them off at school. By the time your all said and dont its time for work and no time to prepare yourself a nice healthy breakfast like you magazine trainer suggested...

My point is very simple...time can be very scarce to most of us busy Americans. So making a well balanced breakfast like they tell u to do in those fitness magazines n your P90x guide book is literally not possible. It takes time to do all that properly. So sometimes you just gotta grab whats there and eat it. Because eating something is always better then eating NOTHING...

At the wifey's co-workers daughters party at the Lemon Grove Lodge. Walked in and they got a 3 man band rocking it...Pinoy's singing Achy Breaky Heart by Billy Ray Cyrus is priceless!

Pinoy oldies are drinking up on the beers! And oh what do i see being brought out? Henney! Looking like its gonna be a wild night for sum of these oldies...

Gotta love these Pinoy parties. They are a blast and full of good food!
